Purchase Agreement: Please read and agree before purchasing a puppy
By purchasing a puppy, sending a payment or presenting payment to the Seller, Debbie Glass in person, the Buyer understands that they are agreeing to purchase an AKC or CKC Chihuahua/or tiny toy breed and that the animal has been given at least his her first shots. The Buyer will be presented with proof of shots, and AKC/CKC registration papers. The Buyer agrees to take full responsibility and ownership for the dog at the time of sale and understands the following:
* 1) The puppy qualifies for AKC/CKC Registration; registration is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
* 2) The Buyer understands that State and Local Laws regarding additional dog vaccinations and any necessary licenses should be complied with and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
* 3) The Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility for the health, well-being, actions and care of the animal at the time of sale. The Seller offers a three day limited health guaranty but during this time the puppy must not be around other pets that are not vaccinated and in good health. Any visitors should wash their hands before handling the puppy. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any subsequent illness, death or damage that might occur to the dog once the limited health guaranty has expired. The limited health guaranty is simply that the puppy must be taken to your local vet within 3 days of delivery, within this time if your vet finds the puppy unhealthy you may return it and receive a full refund. Documentation from your vet will be required. If it is deemed that the puppy was injured or otherwise harmed by the Buyer the health warranty is void. Any other requests for a refund (full or partial) or return will be a breech of contract.
* 4) We do not ship puppies under 12 weeks of age that will be four pounds or less full grown other than that we can ship at a earlier age if the puppy will be over four pounds this usually will be 8-10 weeks depending on weaning and Vet Authority. Shipping will be an additional $250. We do not ship out of the continental U.S. You must pick up your puppy at most Major Airports if you do not opt to ship the puppy, the puppy will be at least 8 weeks of age before you may pick it up.
* 5) The Buyer agrees that the Seller has informed them of the following: Chihuahuas are tiny toy dogs that should not be handled roughly nor should any tiny toy breed. If exhausted by over-play, Chihuahua/Toy breed Puppy may suffer from low blood sugar and require immediate treatment by a license Vet. I do not Guarantee Hyperglycemic this is the sole responsibility of the new owner!!! And should not be responsible I cannot make sure your feeding and taking proper care if you cannot do this please do not buy a toy puppy maybe an adult should be your consideration. Chihuahua puppies have a soft spot on the tops of their heads, which can cause damage or death if the animal is hit there. Chihuahuas/Toy Breeds are warm weather dogs that should not be exposed to temperatures below 45 Degrees Fahrenheit without protection against the cold. . As puppies grow, size and color may not always be what's anticipated. Seller makes no guaranty with regard to unanticipated size or color changes but we strive to do our best. Seller reserves the right to cancel any purchase and refund the customer or refuse a purchase if they feel it threatens the well-being of a puppy. If a puppy cannot be delivered because it is no longer available or has not passed a health exam given by our Veterinarian, the Buyer will receive a full refund within thirty days of the delivery date. Once delivered, no returns or refunds are possible except under the limited health guaranty. The Seller is willing to take back the puppy at any age, if the buyer finds they cannot keep the Chihuahua/Tiny Toy Breed and cannot find a suitable home. Under no circumstances should the Buyer take the Chihuahua/Tiny Toy Breed to the Humane Society, Animal Control or even a no kill Shelter. If you sell or give this puppy/Adult away I am to be notified to where this dog will be.
No refunds will be given in this case but the Chihuahua will be given a good home. By purchasing a puppy, the Buyer agrees to all of the terms of this agreement.
*6) If There are any problems legally that cannot be solved between the two parties all legal issues will be handled with in my county which is Midland County Texas.
